Abrasive Wheels
1/2 Day Abrasive Wheels Safety Awareness
As training providers, we undertake many abrasive wheel / cut off saw courses for a vast range of clients, this generally takes place at the clients premises at a time to suit them and on occasion the training has taken place early in the morning or evenings to cater for business needs. The work equipment for these courses is to be supplied by the client so staff can relate to the type of equipment they are provided with by their employer.
Who should attend?
This programme is suitable for all employees, who, as part of their working duties use abrasive wheels as defined in PUWER Regulations 1998 'all people who are involved in the process of assessing the risks in their working environment'. The aim of the training is to enable delegates to work safely, to provide an understanding of current legislation and promote awareness of the dangers and hazards. To offer practical steps to reduce workplace accidents and encourage workers to adopt a culture that results in a safer workplace.
